Naughty But yummy

Crepes with caramalised peaches.....

Totally heaven!.

Drain peaches, mix with a little cream & Brown sugar. Drizzle over crepes

A good old BBQ

I love barbies..who doesn't. I love to use fish, chicken, meat & sausages & love marinating them with crushed garlic, balsamic vinegar, fresh herbs, a dash of olive oil & chopped chilli. Onto the barbie....yum...

Serve with some potato gratin...so easy. Thinly slice potatoes, layer onto a tray lined with baking paper( make sure paper is overhanging that way it is easy to pull out). Drizzle a little cream, sprinkle nutmeg, season well (potatoes love salt) . Top with parmesan cheese.  Bake for about 30 mins. Slice into pieces

I also love to make a simple green salad with a little balsamaic vinegar.

And a dipping sauce for the chicken or meat I love to use is a little fish sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, chopped coriander & chopped chilli. Mix together.

And don't forget some good wine

PEACH UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

This morning I was up at the crack of dawn, couldn't sleep...was thinking of my peach upside down cake..LOL..SO, I got up & went into the kitchen baking. Kids still asleep, didn't hear a thing, hubby just looked at me thinking that I am mad, but away I go......pour the ingredients into the bottle, love it. Start mixing, laying out the fruit in the cake tin, on goes the oven, in goes the cake. Have my morning coffee while my cake bakes. Buzzer goes off, out comes the cake. Tipped upside down & wow! I love it. perfect! Just what I was after. Oh & it tasted good too......

THE BIG RE-VAMP

At the moment I'm in the middle of doing alot of changes. Am loving my new labels  (might I say that I am prod of myself) & have so many recipes to test. Ah, here come the kilos...........
