Crepes with caramalised peaches.....

Totally heaven!.

Drain peaches, mix with a little cream & Brown sugar. Drizzle over crepes

antonella: Australia; Antonella's One Mix came about from the love of cooking & experimenting. It all happened, I guess after watching Nigella the Godess...LOL. She walked into her famous pantry & took out a jar, that was already prepared for a pancake mix. Just the dry ingredients. Then she went and made them up with the rest and in a matter of 10 mins, she had scrumptious pancakes for her kids... so easy, and I guess that's when the thought came along...how about if I had all the dry ingredients ready & all I had to do was add everything else. Now how easy would that make my life? So that's when I started to think 'outside the bottle , so to speak' & that's how Antonella's One Mix came about...
